Eligibility Criteria (Qualifications and Age):
The detailed eligibility criteria for Elementary School Teachers EST Jobs 2025 are given below:
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 (including five years of general age relaxation in the upper age limit and as permissible under the rules).
- Qualifications: A second-class/grade-C (04-year) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subjects from a university registered with HEC.

First and foremost, eligible candidates can apply for the position online via the Federal Government Educational Institutes (FGEI) website. Below is the guidance to be followed:
- To get started, go to the Federal Board’s site at induction.fgei.gov.pk and make a Profile for Yourself.
- Fill in the sections within the online application form including your Personal Data and Educational details.
- Make sure that all the documents are submitted.
- Double-check the information you filled out before clicking on the submit button.
- Make payment for the application on or before the deadline for submission of applications.
Do note that only electronic application forms will be accepted. The test date and center will be sent via SMS/Email to the candidate only. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an Interview based on the scrutiny of results. The originals need to be provided together with self-attested photocopies of the documents during the Interview. All documents are issued by HEC and IBCC.
